I had a bad experience with AirOn, Inc., when I called them to provide basic annual maintenance on my furnace. There were a number of problems that started immediately after their technician left, but AirOn refused to acknowledge them. It took 11 days for me to get the company to send a technician back to check it out, and even then he made no attempt to determine what the problem was, let alone try to solve it. (He didn't even bring any tools on that visit.) Another company quickly solved the problems, which proved to be directly related to the action
