He is totally incompetent & should not be allowed to practice medicine. He was disciplined by the state licensing board in the 1990s because he inappropriately insisted on performing a vaginal exam on a young lady who came to the clinic where he was employed with an upper respiratory infection. (He also prescribed an antibiotic to her even though she told him she was allergic to it.)
