1 - No hot water because they forgot to start up the pilot light. 2 - Found out one of the rooms has nails sticking up through the floor....by experience. D:< 3 - All the plugs in the kitchen decided to stop working at the same time. Fuse box does nothing......and now it's after 5pm..... DX< The place has stains in almost every room, and the front door has a gap wide enough for you to see outside through it. Thank God it's summer, or the heating bill would have been ridiculous, not to mention we'd all be sick! If I take a way the bro
