Extremely rude owner and I second the poor business practices. My wife canceled her tanning membership over 6 months ago and SunSpa is still charging our credit card. When we called to resolve the situation the owner (yes the owner) called my wife and was rude beyond belief, she even hung up on my wife. We are now disputing the charges with the credit card company. If at all possible I would avoid this business, they are rude and untrustworthy.
