I had to find a place to store my things; and the service I receive from Ace Storage has been great. The staff is really upbeat and dedicated to offering great customer service. I opened my account with Ace on a weekend when they were closed but the manager came in to get my account setup. I have had one rate increase in the 1 year plus dealing with Ace Storage; The service is always great because with every interaction there's been a willingness to assist.
