Worst customer service ever. Took my vehicle in for a nail in a tire. Was told that they could not get to my vehicle because their mechanics were overworked; working 14 hours a day. Was told to, "take your car to a tire shop, maybe they can help you!" Guess Firestone in Joplin only likes the big projects to ramp up profits. Will never go back to this business and I've been a Firestone customer for many years. "Customer Service" is NOT in their vocabulary apparently. (A one star rating is way too good for this business!)
