What to expect from Roosevelt apts. If you can get past the very outdated carpet, linoleum and cabinets you probably won't like all the mold and roaches. Don't EVER make a "deal" with them to do work and put it against the rent. They NEVER pay anyone who lives here. I know 5 people who got ripped off like this. One guy painted all day for 3 weeks and never got paid a DOLLAR! If it's broke...good luck Expect them to be snooty and act like you are waaaay below them. Other than that...it's great.
