This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The front office staff was rude, there was a 2 hour wait, with only 4 people in the waiting room. The doctor spoke to me slowly as if I struggled with the language or was mentally challenged. I neither suffer from a language barrier nor struggle with deafness. He literally made motions to explain how to use eye drops and how to take oral antibiotics. I took a total of 3.25 hours to get back out the door and the same poor people were still in the waiting room when I left. Baptist Health care should completely o
