After asking the man there a few questions about having my down comforter cleaned...which they had cleaned before...he shoved it back in my direction across the desk and told me to take it home and wash it myself. I said "excuse me??" He then told me "you just don't know when to shut up!" I then told him EXACTLY what I thought of HIM and how I couldn't believe we had a business like his in the community and that I would definitely report him. He was completely disrespectful and rude and he will NEVER get another dime of mine.. and I hope he won't get
