I am a Fashion Designer and have been ordering fabric and sewing supplies online for over ten years and never had such a bad experience with a company prior to this. On Nov 4th I ordered a bolt of fabric from Magna Fabrics. Their website uses PayPal so I was immediately charged for the order and it went into an approved status. I was a little confused what this meant so I called to clarify and he argued with me about the appropriateness of the fabric I ordered based on end use. I politely humored him and he then agreed and once that was settled he said it would ship on Nov
