02/28/12 I am writing to rosko phil real estate, in behalf of my parents that had just moved in the South Bridge Street Apartments, not having a good experience with the management and the second floor tenants, my parents complainted about the tenants upstairs that want to have parties at 10pm up to early morning...read the contract...also upstairs apartments are suppose to have carpet so to not distrube the first floor with all kinds of noises on the bare floor...once again its in the contract...and the heat is too much in the winter time you have to open
