I hired this outfit to paint the interior of my home. I was covering semi-gloss paint with a flat finish, which requires that a primer be applied first. They told me they applied the primer but I later discovered that they did not when the paint started to flake off. They were supposed to apply two coats of paint but only applied one. They painted over cracks, nails, tape and everything else they could find that should have been cleaned or repaired first, just because they were in a rush to get someplace else. I would never hire Phil D'Ambrosio ever again and sugg
