As a recent graduate I have to admit I didn't really know what to expect before I started. I figured I was going to learn to mix drinks, plain and simple. To my surprise, I got that and much more. The place is new, excellent equipment to work with and the Instructor "D" not onlys knows his alcohols but is funny as hell! I had a GREAT time and would recommend this school to anyone interested in bartender training. Jay
