We signed an agreement for service and installation of a new furnace on 10/9/10. As of 12/30/10, we are still waiting for the installation. We were told at that time that installation would not be for 4-6 weeks. We called and left a msg on 11/24 - the rep returned call and told us he would contact the contractor and let us know when the furnace and parts would be delivered. We had no return call but a few days later a furnace and parts were left in our garage while we were away. We have been receiving statements regularly - the last stated that our account was overdue.
