My name is Denise and I went on 8/31/09 to Tuff City Tattoos in the Bronx, NY. The artist that did my tattoo goes by the name NB, who is Very talented. I have to say they where very pleasant and knowledgeable and especially clean and sanitary which is a super plus. I had a Dragon fly in red done on my wrist which came out beautiful. I recommend them to all. even if u have already been tattooed or just decided to get one. U should really think about going to Tuff City Tattoos. Thanks NB I really love the work youve done and will be back for the next.
