Mr. Over cash has been nothing but impossible to deal with. He's more than helpful when you invest money but is completely unwilling to help in any way to take out money or close your account(s). He has made dealing with the affairs of a deceased family member so much harder than it should have to be. He is rude, I inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Do NOT trust this man. I would give 0 stars if it were an option!!!!
