I was having work done on my house and needed some HVAC Lines moved over a few feet , which consist of the pipes being cut and the refrigerant being drained, then system recharged after the lines were re-routed: So I call up this Narsico Guy in the Phone book and the first thing he asks me is, "How'd U get my number?" in a very integrating tone. So I figured the man was having a bad day and went on with the conversation regarding the work as accurately as i could over the phone to explain what had to be done.
