I ordered some ceramics through this company, but had a question on the shipping address - wanted to simply make sure that they had the correct one on the order. So, I sent an email to their customer service link. I did not hear back for 3 or 4 days, so I sent another one. Still didn't hear back, so I sent yet another email as well as leaving a message on their phone.
