I tried to call about parts for my Whirlpool dryer. Dye's appliance in Lorain had a full kit that came with all the parts I needed for a reasonable price. I called Bill Baker's since he is closer to my house to see if he had the same kit, and if not to price the parts. The older man who got on the phone was very rude and impatient. You can tell that being in this business a long time has just made him bitter and irritable. When he acted annoyed with my questions I said "Dye's has a kit with all the parts I need, I'm going there" and I hung up the phone. It w
