The radon system they installed in September 2009 stopped working in April 2010. After leaving 4 different messages with the office I finally got someone who then refered me to one of the 3 technicians working there. At first they wanted to charge me a $25.00 dollar fee just to come look at their device which was only 6 months old. Finally got them to come out june 2nd after they canceled @ least 3 other appointments(all without notice, just didnt show nor call) to replace the fan but they didn't bother to check to see if it actually was working again.
