I read the previous review and had heard that this transmission shop was one of the best around. I have had my problems with mechanical shops and body shops and am always very cautious when it comes to taking my car in... but needless to say I had high hopes. I took my car in the first time and it was obvious that reverse (manual trans) would not engage. I thought they had everything going for them when I went in to see the parts and the actual assembly.
