Customers should shop around: On December 6th, 2010 I put in an order for an entry door and surround. I was told it would be difficult but they may be able to get everything together by December 22,2010 I was told a few days later that everything should be ready on the 22nd. When December 22nd rolled around, I was told the parts did not come in and at that time the job would not be completed until January 3,2011. On January 3,2011 they arrived at the house to do the installation and did not have the surround to complete the job. After compl
