Office staff & maintenance is a JOKE. I have requested repairs for several different issues in my apartment over & over again. I have called. I have written letters. I have gone into the office and I am STILL WAITING. It has been over three months since the first request yet each time I call or go in they act like it is the first time they have heard that anything is wrong in my apartment.
