I was walking by an Alert Fire Protection truck when two men exited the vehicle (parked at 20 W. Gude, Rockville, MD). One man had his socks pulled up over his pants and his collegue looks up at me and asks, "Don't he look like a fag?" I ignored his remark and continued to walk.
