Granny's Helping Hands, PA INC . provides 24hr. competent in home support for caregivers of the elderly, disabled, and mentally challenged consumers. Services include activities of daily living and most instrumental activities of daily living, A.M. and P.M. Care, 24 hour Live in Care, Hospice Aides, Medication Reminders, Overnight Services as well as Errands, Escorts and Transportation. We also can assist by providing Recuperative Care for consumers of all ages. Our Award winning RN supervised Direct Care Workers are carefully screened and Bonded. Granny's Helping Hands is a contracted provider of Waiver and Option services for Philadelphia County, Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County and, Bucks County. Private pay consumers are welcome. Granny's Helping Hands is dedicated to maintaining dignity, quality and Independence, one consumer at a time.
