Extremely bad experience. I went to Jack Williams Tire #11 for the annual inspection. After the alleged inspection, I was told that the Brakes in my vehicle were extremely bad and that it would cost hundreds of dollars to replace in order to pass the inspection. I know my vehicle, and would not drive it in the allegedly %u201Cextremely bad%u201D conditions. Luckily, I did not buy their craps that were coming out of their mouths while looking me straight in the eyes. I went elsewhere and got a second opinion.
