Review
This "salon" should stick to nails. Never EVER get waxing services from Tips To Toes. They burned my eyebrows and left ugly red welts. Clearly they lack the skill experience or equipment to perform this type of treatment. Are they even licensed to do so? Awful results. Be warned.
