How would you rate a business that takes your vacuum cleaner, plugs it in and states "Your motor is gone. Forget repair since the cost of the motor replacement would be equal to buying a new vacuum cleaner."? Then you are pointed over to a section of vacuum cleaners costing $170 and up. Bottom line, I took this vacuum cleaner to Dr. Vac in Easley. They replaced two belts, a much needed filter (our mistake), and fixed the cord holder for $30 ($10 to inspect and $20 to repair).
