Marc Katz, veterinarian at Kindness Animal Hospital, was disciplined by the Maryland State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for violating the state practice act by leaving an unlicensed, unsupervised person alone who administered an insulin injection to my cat. He used the wrong syringe, causing a massive insulin overdose, nearly killing my cat and causing permanent brain damage.
