I am shocked at the behavior of Southeastern Financial Service's employees. They are very rude, speak with the worst english that I have ever heard. I was calling to report a payment to a Doctor's office directly and they swore at me, berated and belittled me. They claimed that I was suppose to pay them and not the Doctor's office. When I asked who performed the medical service, they did say the Doctor did... I said sorry, but I pay the person who provided the services and that Southeastern Financial will luck out this time and not receive any part of the bill
