They are difficult to schedule with, only working 8-4 M-F, no accommodations for customer's schedules. So after waiting 3 days in the heat for a day that I could schedule off, they did not show up. I waited 4 1/2 hours after their appointment time... then I called and rescheduled for the next day... more time off work. An hour and a half after rescheduling the guy showed up, on the original day. I was no longer there. My daughter was home, she did not know what to tell him so he said he could not fix it and left. CRAZY BAD SERVICE AND BAD COMMUNICATION
