This florist was used by FTD to deliver my sister a birthday bouquet. Not only was the bouquet delivered late, it was full of filler weed type flowers and only 3 roses when I ordered something that was supposed to have 13 stems!! Not only did they not deliver something worth the $80.00 I spent nothing was even in the same color scheme. When I called FTD to complain they arranged for a new bouquet to be delivered. This time the deliver was more that 24 hours late and the refuse to deliver unless my sister returned the previous bouquet. Complete unacceptable and I wil
