I recently did business with this business and am very upset with the results. I went by on a Friday morning (3/4/11) at around 11am to have to cracked glass on my MacBook Pro repaired. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and quoted me a time between 2 and 3pm. I showed up right before 3 and discovered that my computer was not yet fixed. The man who was in charge of the repair then told me that it would be done right before they closed, it was a delicate process and needed time, he said to come back then.
