Review

Nothing in the Uptown/Highland Park area is cheap, but you get a lot more for your money here. My apartment is over 1000 square feet and I pay the same amount I would have paid at similar complexes for a way smaller place. This is definetly a quieter building, so if you're looking for the SMU crowd or a party scene, this isn't it. Previous reviewers seem to have it out for the office staff, which seems trivial to me. I've been happy here and I will more than likely be renewing my lease when the time rolls around.
