We moved here in 2009 to be closer to ailing family. We signed a 6 month lease and then another with reluctance as it is noisy, people always fighting, shots consistently being fired, police helicopters and cruisers always present to the point that they should take up residence here. Our car has been damaged, as the children are always on people%u2019s cars and/or people coming to visit other residents will just hit your car without telling you.
