One my my water pipes outside had broken. They told me to turn my water off and they would be there later that same afternoon. Didn't happen, they showed up the next morning, and in their attempt to dig up my yard as to where they THINK the pipe is, completely tore up 1 flower bed, and tried to kill all of my monkey grass and lily bulbs in the other on. They left that day, with everything dug up and water turned off. By the way that was a Thursday.
