i had a appt the other day and had to take my 4 yr old daughter with me. we had a extremely long wait time but had the receptionist kept me updated on the situation. she was very polite and professional. then went to the back i complained about the wait and I had low blood sugar from waiting so long during lunch hour and me and my daughter hadn't had anything to eat. the manager quickly gave us both snacks and a drink along with sympathy and concern. It's has been so long since i've experience genuine customer service such as this.....yall keep up the great work than
