I requested a new construction home cleaned. They told me they did everything, walls, windows, floors, dusting, heat ducts, etc. The walls were left with stripes where they wiped only parts, the floors were left with streaks from a dirty mop, the heat ducts had dust dirt and debri left in them. They did a good job on the counters & dusting the cupboards. They only cleaned the windows they could reach on foot. They did not show up with a ladder for windows. They did not clean as they had promised. I was promised 100% satisfaction, but when I asked them to fix the sloppy
