They did a hard pull on my credit without my knowledge. I asked them to hold of on anything from my visit to the store until the following morning as I look at other lenders. They ran the hard pull on my credit score and when i called they said they had the form that said they could do it. Don't fill out any paperwork with them, if you do, bring it home with you. i would not work or recommend them. shawn
