We bought an 18-wheeler in good faith. We also purchased the warranty for an additional 2,500.00 Everything was fine until we actually needed to use the warranty. The company tried every way they could to not pay for any expenses which were to be covered by the warranty. We had to get the mechanic and shop owner to refute these objections. When this wouldn't work, they had one of their employees lie on behalf of the company:Ryder Road Ready Plus. Whatever you do, don't purchase a used vehicle from them.
