I have taken my minivan here several times and paid for the: PLATINUM WASH $19/$22 SUV Soft Cloth Machine Wash Interior Vacuum Windows Cleaned Machine Wheel Cleaning Undercarriage Flush Dash Dusted Towel Dry (copied from website) Their ability to vacuum is very lacking. I have had to consistently have them revacuum. Today I had a free wash because the last time,they did not do a good job vacuumming and tried to hide the fact by putting the back seat down.
