I have been in business for over 30 years with no complaints about my work. This job was and agreed on step by step by the customer who made decisions on a daily basis. These are slanderous accusations and are potentially damaging to my reputation as a business owner. He has made two negative opinions using two different names for this one job. This customer would be happy today, BUT only if I would have done the change he asked for %u2018FOR FREE%u2019 after the job was paid for.
