Terrible customer service. lack of knowledge from employees. and outrageously high pricing. not to mention they don't take returns. what a joke. the employee that I bought parts from gave me the wrong parts several different times. I wanted to buy a "cobra" air cleaner for my mustang and on fordracing.com it was 94.95 and at jim greens they wanted 138.95 plus whatever shipping and handling charges there would be. its outrageous the prices that they charge. I could understand paying $20 more for a part if the customer service was average or better yet their customer service
