I agree with "Happy Customer 99". I too am a single woman, and have not been taken seriously as to knowledge of my car. They treated me with utmost respect! They provided me with shuttle service while they did my oil change, and told me exactly what I needed in terms I understood. The customer service is excellent, which is not common today. I recommend them to everyone!
