I am not one to quickly complain. I am really know for my compassion and ability to go the extra mile and over-look many things. However, I have used this service for over 13 years and while there were times of concern I continued and was remained due to long time relationship. However, after all this time my pet became seriously ill and I called to ask them to remain open an extra 15 minutes to treat her.
