I used Patuxent to move my A/C unit about five feet. This is a very straight forward job and he did a good job. I called him again to fix my upstairs unit which is older and required a bit finessing. Four months of sweltering heat and my A/C unit is still not working properly. During this time he actually showed his true colors. He wouldn't follow up on appointments in a timely manner, for example he would schedule my follow up two weeks out. I mean this is summer time, but you were working on this for months.
