Their customer service and attitude are the worst. They repaired a computer approximately a month and a half ago and it started having similar issues so I called them before I took it in; they said there wouldn't be a charge since it was in recently. Well it%u2019s been almost 10 days since I dropped off and popped in while in the area since they never called. Well they wanted to charge me for running a diagnostic. So they wanted to argue about it but once a few other %u201Ccustomers%u201D walked in they said here take it.
