I requested to have the chimney cleaned but I could not be home for the service as it was during the middle of the day. So, I had my roommate here while the chimney was being cleaned. Service technician came out and looked at chimney. Technician said that the chimney was already clean and demanded payment for an %u201Cinspection fee.%u201D Nowhere on their bill nor in their advertisement or assessment did they disclose that they charged for an inspection fee.
