Time and time again, we were dissatisfied with our orders and soon stopped eating from there. I remember the worst time was when the steak and cheese I ordered looked and tasted more like rubber and goo. We couldn't figure out what was in that sandwich to save our lives. They usually either get the order wrong or it's just sloppy and nasty overall. We tried different entrees to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if it was just that one or two items on the menu that could use a little tweaking.
