I spent nearly $5000 on a slab for my back porch and future addition to my kitchen. I thought they clearly understood my desire, and we had agreed to a price...however, the following ensued: 1. The price increased twice; which I was fine with the first increase, but when the final bill came in, they asked for nearly $800 more. I even told the guy who picked up the final payment, "This is the worse concrete job I have ever seen". 2. The finish work is pathetic!
